REGARD The Agency tourism proposal · concept prototype

Aguascalientes.A story worth discovering.

Cinematic storytelling meets a personal way to explore.

City — Aguascalientes capital & historic center/State — optional excursions, separate scope

01What we bring · in one line

Not just photos. A series, an app and more visitors.

Three things, built to work together. Tap any one to see it.

02How it works · 30 seconds

From a video on a phone to a table in Aguascalientes.

YouTube brings the attention. Our website turns that attention into a plan. The plan sends real people to real local businesses.

  1. Stalls inside Mercado Jesús Terán seen from above
    01

    Watch.

Someone in Texas watches Episode 2 on YouTube and falls for the Terán market.

  2. Templo de San Antonio, Aguascalientes city
    02

    Tap.

One link in the video opens the Aguascalientes site — the exact place from the scene.

  3. Tree-lined path inside Jardín de San Marcos
    03

    Plan.

They ask the AI guide in their language and save a Saturday: market, lunch, garden.

  4. Museo José Guadalupe Posada beside the Encino temple, evening
    04

    Visit.

They arrive, follow the map and spend at local businesses they already trust.

03Why YouTube

The world already watches travel on YouTube. We put Aguascalientes there.

A docuseries plus weekly Shorts reaches people where they already spend hours — and every video links back to one dedicated tourism site.

According to Nielsen as cited by YouTube, YouTube has been #1 in U.S. streaming watch time for nearly three years (as of January 2026). These are platform-wide figures, not a forecast of views for this series. Source: YouTube for Press — YouTube by the numbers (accessed Oct 24, 2026)

04The REGARD level

The team that shoots covers — now shooting Aguascalientes.

Most destination videos look like ads. REGARD brings the eye, lighting and storytelling of celebrity and magazine sets, so the state looks as good as it truly is.

05What it's known for

Culture, food, markets, day and night — and the people.

The series covers the full life of the place, so viewers understand its essence before they arrive.

02 — Destination atlas

Sixteen researched places. Two clear scopes.

City places sit inside the capital and its historic neighborhoods. State places are separate excursions that need a car or transfer and their own day. Restaurants are discovery examples — not enrolled partners.

06What visitors will see

Not a brochure. A travel tool.

Before they book a flight, visitors can watch the place, look around inside it, read about it, ask the AI guide in their own language, see prices in their own currency and build their day.

03·5 — The concept · creativity × AI

See it. Tap it. Be there.

The best minds in creative direction, film and celebrity production, joined with artificial intelligence. Viewers don't just watch Aguascalientes — they touch a frame and the story becomes a plan: the place, the video, the directions.

Stone, light and a master builder

  1. Watch.

Cinematic stories shot by an editorial team used to celebrity sets and magazine covers.

  2. Tap.

Every frame is a doorway. Touch the chef, the market, the facade.

  3. Ask.

Tell the AI guide what you crave. It answers with the scene, the place and the why.

  4. Go.

One tap to a real map. From inspiration to a local door.

“You ask. It gives. You crave. It shows you — then takes you there.”

04 — Visitor planner

Ask. Discover. Make a plan.

A concept for how stories become plans: a visitor describes a mood, the planner returns sourced places with reasons and a real map link.

08How this brings more people

Attention online becomes footsteps downtown.

Each step is measured separately and honestly. Targets are agreed after a baseline — no invented numbers.

A click is not a visit. A visit is not a booking. A booking is not new economic impact.

A complete tourism website

Website development is part of the delivery: a full visitor web app with destination photography and videos, clickable episode-to-place links, a local business directory, detailed place pages, saved day plans, maps and directions, and the interactive visitor features presented here.

An integrated AI guide

The proposed AI system answers destination questions, suggests personal itineraries and supports visitors in multiple languages, grounded in reviewed local information. Languages, integrations, accessibility features and ongoing operation are agreed before launch.

Proposed delivery, not an active service: this preview remains a scripted prototype, with no live AI or bookings.

Planning quantities, not guarantees or results. We adjust scope together.

Optional extensions, scoped and priced later: a Calvillo state episode + route (State); a seasonal Feria Nacional de San Marcos special.

Optional ongoing marketing support

A dedicated social media team

Channel management, content calendars, social edits, publishing and community engagement — with additional marketing avenues such as paid advertising, email campaigns and hotel or tourism partner distribution. Services, staffing, cadence and budgets are scoped separately; paid media requires an approved budget.

  • Licensed content library

Reusable photo and film under agreed usage terms.

  • Local business visibility

Verified profiles and routes that send visitors to their doors.

  • Year-round stories

    Evergreen chapters beyond the Feria.

  • Municipal distribution

    Assets ready for official channels.

  • Accessible bilingual discovery

Spanish and English, built to accessibility standards.

  • Aggregate demand insights

  • Local editorial review on every place profile. Any sponsored placement is clearly labeled.

08 — Measurement framework

Definitions first. Numbers after a baseline.

No dashboard here, by design: nothing has launched, so there is nothing to report. Targets are agreed together after the baseline. No guaranteed virality, visitors or ROI.
